Return Conditions:

  • Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • All accessories originally included must be returned.

  • We provide a free return shipping label.

  • Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

12-Month Warranty

All our refurbished items come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. This warranty covers hardware faults and manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse

  • Faulty ports, buttons, display, or other functional components

What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, dents, broken parts)

  • Accidental or liquid damage

  • Battery degradation or reduced battery life

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Software issues or data loss

Warranty Claims Process:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We'll assist with troubleshooting and, if needed, provide a return shipping label.

  3. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
