Our grade tells you two things: the cosmetic condition of the device, and — on anything with a battery — the minimum battery health it is guaranteed to have. So you know exactly what to expect before you buy. Pick the grade that suits your budget; all grades carry the same 12-month warranty.

Battery health applies to laptops, phones and tablets — desktops, mini PCs and workstations run from mains power and have no battery. Every battery is tested before dispatch, and the figure shown is the minimum for that grade; most devices come in higher.
